HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP ONE:

Initial meeting/call with your coach to discuss your current fitness level, fitness goals, previous workout experience, etc.

Complete Client questionnaire to go over health history, weekly schedule, preferences, current diet, equipment availability, gym access, etc.

Your personal, Online Trainer will then write you out an individualized workout and nutrition program based on your experience, fitness level and preferences

STEP TWO:

Having a program is only good if you follow the program. Your coach will be with you EVERY step of the way. We have an excellent support system that includes access through the App, messaging and email. We are here to support you and answer any questions – nutrition, exercise, mindset – we’re here for YOU!

We set you up with our App where you have access to a library of exercise videos, demos and your personalized program. This is where you’ll log your progress and where your trainer can follow along and make adjustments. Our programs are PERSONALIZED and specific to you – if something isn’t working, we’ll make changes immediately.

We are focused on your TRAINING – everything has a purpose and is laying the foundation for your next step and your next program.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?

  1. Workout and Nutrition program – you never have to guess what you’re doing for your workout any given day or what you’re supposed to be eating. Everything is mapped out for you, no guesswork and no time wasted.
  2. Expert Support System & Guidance – reach your trainer for any reason whenever you need through the App, Messenger or Email
  3. Accountability – weekly Check-ins to see how you’re progressing – physically and mentally – to keep you on track and moving toward your goals
  4. Nutrition Support and Coaching – we want you to LEARN how to make better choices. We are here to give you the tools to develop a better relationship with food.
  5. Fitness App – access to an expert App that has an extensive workout and video library to help you with proper form and execution. The App is where you find your workout and nutrition programs and also has recipe boards with tons of ideas for healthy meals and snacks.
