I love what I do! I truly enjoy helping others overcome obstacles, gain self-confidence, reach their fitness and nutrition goals and begin living A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE THAT LASTS! That is the key. Any good trainer can give you a great workout, but what you choose to do the other 23 hours of each day will have the largest impact on your physique and, more importantly, on your long term health. I want to help you find the ability in yourself to make daily decisions that will effect you positively. I’m with you inside and outside of the gym to encourage you, push you and to help keep you accountable. I am a blessed mom of 5 wonderful kids. I know the challenges of overcoming weight gain. I understand the challenge of eating healthy on a limited family food budget. I understand the challenge of fitting exercise and proper eating into a busy lifestyle. I understand many different personalities and what makes them tick. And, I have a passion to do all I can to help my clients reach their goals, helping them change from the inside out. FittHappens is the product of turning a passion into a career. Being fit, understanding proper nutrition and living a healthy life style have always been top priorities in the way my family and I live. I was fortunate enough to spend a large part of my adult life raising and educating my 5 children. Now that they are all getting older and leaving the nest one by one, I want to share my knowledge and love of fitness and nutrition to help others find lasting, positive change within themselves.
Pam has been my personal trainer for about a year and a half. During that time, I have lost 60 pounds and she continues to push me toward new goals every week. She designs personalized workouts to fit your needs. She is persistent, knowledgeable and understanding, and is truly a pleasure to work with. I look forward to continuing to strive for the best and get stronger with each workout.
Excellent trainer. Will work at your pace with a gentle nudge when needed. With her help I went from 210 lbs to 160lbs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and live a healthier lifestyle!

I loved working with Pam! I am new to the get fit world @ the age of 58. Pam was tough and pushed me but was always encouraging. She had me doing things that I never thought I would or could be doing. A plank?!? Really? I laughed but Pam knew I could do them if I tried and I did. There wasn't a time when I finished a session with her that I didn't feel like I had accomplished something towards my goal of becoming a more fit person. She is the best!
